The Development Services Department is responsible for the safe development of buildings and infrastructure through enforcement of the city's building code, other city codes, and ordinances. Development Services staff review construction plans for compliance, issue permits, perform construction inspections, and issue Certificates of Occupancy.

Tickets for counter service will only be issued Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Customers with tickets may continue their business transaction through the close of business (5:00 pm).
