The city of Phoenix is preparing a new consolidated plan that will identify housing and community development needs in your community for the next five years. Programs and activities will be funded through the following federal grants: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME); Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG); and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).
