• The Law Department employs a staff of 250 people of which 109 are attorneys. The Civil Division consists of 36 attorneys. The Prosecutor's Office consists of 73 attorneys.


• The Law Department hires approximately 3-10 attorneys annually.


• All new prosecuting attorneys complete a 3-4 month training program.


• The Phoenix Prosecutor's Office requires a two year employment commitment.
