-Public Meeting - Design Phase

Manzanita Senior Center Relocation

The Phoenix Human Services Department is hosting a public meeting to present the proposed design for the construction of a new 12,000 square foot Manzanita Senior Center, to be located on the west side of 27th Avenue, south of Belmont Avenue. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2010 and completion is scheduled for 2011. The estimated project cost is $2.7 million. This project is funded through City of Phoenix 2006 Capital Improvement Bond funds.
