Find your way to the Phoenix City Hall, Calvin C. Goode Building, Historic City Hall, Municipal Court Building, Water Services and Madision Street Jail parking facilities with the least amount of traffic congestion, regardless of how many events are in the downtown area by following these directions.
Other freeway exits and streets may be easier and quicker at certain times, but many routes may become congested whenever major events are downtown. For information about street restrictions, visit phoenix.gov/STRCLOSE/strclose.html.

From I-10, Seventh Avenue exit: From I-17, Seventh Avenue exit: From I-10, Washington Street exit:

Go south on Seventh Avenue and turn left onto Jefferson Street. The entrance is on the left, just east of Fourth Avenue. Go north on Seventh Avenue, and turn right onto Jefferson Street. The entrance is on the left, just east of Fourth Avenue. Go west on Washington Street and turn left onto Fourth Avenue. The entrance is immediately on the left.
