This year the Grant Application Microsoft Word Documents will again be in template form. This means that when you complete your application you can save and print a copy, and then EMAIL your completed application document to the NBWG Program. To be eligible for emailing your application, it must be the document you downloaded and not a replica. Please review all available links on the right side of this web page as they contain valuable information for completing your application.

If you elect to hand deliver or mail your application via the postal service, you will be required to obtain signatures on your application. If you return your application via email you are not required to obtain signatures.
If you complete the long-form application (for grant requests over $1,000), you must also complete the budget for long-form application and email both completed items to grant staff. The short-form application (for grant requests for $1,000 or less) can be submitted by itself.
